Morning Start!!!

Good Morning Friends!!

Wellness - the state or condition of being in good physical and mental health. 

I started my morning today with a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal and some fresh fruit. My favorites strawberries, bananas and cantaloupe. It is so easy and simple to prepare. I think it took me less than 5 minutes to put it together. This is great for people on the go like myself. I have limited time in the mornings so getting a good meal in before I go is vital.

Creative director for Yves Saint Laurent & Gucci, and most notably his own line, entitle Tom ford is arguably the best designer in the world, and my personal favorite.
 
Style and flare are surely a matter of perspective. His precision and delivery of each garment is so distinctive. I admire his clean lines and symmetry. After watching his short documentary and discovering he went to school for architecture; I understand the consistent use of structure in his pieces.
 
I often look to classic Tom ford pieces for inspiration for an outfit, or a dress from a celebrity on a red carpet. His pieces are timeless.

Yesterday morning, April 30th 2013 at 6:17 am, my beautiful little niece entered the world. She was 7lbs 10oz, absolutely angelic!! I am so excited to see her grow into the beautiful person I know she will be.
